Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Essential functions:
- Overseeing the Digital Platform.
- Implementing ATL/BTL & TTL activities and coordinating TV/Radio/Social Media & Press campaigns.
- Managing the marketing budget and expenses.
- Aligning communication activities with the corporate plan and overseeing branding efforts.
- Developing new communication material and corporate literature.
- Conducting revenue analyses and developing marketing strategies.
- Preparing presentations and marketing strategies.
Minimum entry qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or relevant professional qualification.
- 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Healthcare industry experience is beneficial.
- Proficient in Sinhala and English languages. Tamil literacy is a plus.
