The ideal candidate will possess strong content writing skills, experience in managing internal and freelancing teams, and a background in recruitment or the service industry. As a Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting job descriptions, articles, blogs, and copywriting materials, while collaborating closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional content solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage a team of internal and freelancing content writers and blog writers.
- Create compelling job descriptions, articles, blogs, and copywriting materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor content solutions accordingly.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
