Job Description
Required Experience
- Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows)
- Preferable: Zendesk, Seibel CRM
- Good MS Office skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work as an Individual Contributor in the F&A Team coordinating order fulfillment
- Update orders with special requirements/fees, manage product returns, and handle inquiries
- Adhere to TAT, report daily performance, and maintain accuracy
- Have a good understanding of the F&A or OTC cycle and previous work experience in Invoice Management and client solutions
