Role Description
This full-time on-site role entails supporting day-to-day operational tasks for smooth ship agency services. Responsibilities include crew changes, vessel handling, support during dry docking, ship spares logistics, customs clearance, and other operational activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of operations management principles
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of maritime industry and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
