Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Tech Advocate to represent HappyLedgers within the technology community. The Tech Advocate will engage with developers, technologists, and influencers to promote our software products, technologies, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the technology community through online forums, social media, and events.
- Create technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and videos.
- Advocate for our products and technologies to external audiences.
- Gather feedback from the community and provide insights to internal teams.
- Educate and train developers on our products and technologies.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS product landscape, including current trends and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in programming languages and development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for technology and sharing knowledge.
- Experience in developer advocacy or community engagement is a plus.
- Previous experience in roles like product owner, business analyst, or project manager.
