Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commission Sales Associate at AdPod. As a Commission Sales Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software
- Understanding of Web3 technology and digital advertising is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
