Job Description
We are an international company called Mix Consulting, specializing in customer support and financial sales. Located in Colombo 3, Western Province, Sri Lanka, we are seeking a Sales Specialist to assist with client needs.
Role Description: This is a full-time position for an English-speaking outbound sales agent in Colombo. The sales agent will handle communication with English-speaking clients, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions is also required. No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
Qualifications: Fluency in English and knowledge of a foreign language (spoken only) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and experience in sales or outbound customer service are preferred but not mandatory.
