Job Description
Location – Avissawella
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the general QA process
- Leading all new initiatives & projects related to QA
- Maintaining all documents related to new initiatives & projects
- Maintaining & sustaining QA display boards
- Leading monthly quality meetings & weekly internal meetings
- Directly involving in cost reduction projects
- Developing a successor in the department
- Communication & coordination with all internal stakeholders
- Conducting audits and taking necessary actions
- Training and awareness on targets & baselines
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Science/Engineering or related area
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Effective communication skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- Teamwork
