Job Description
We are looking for ambitious, independent, and free-thinking individuals to join our Panadura branch and other branches Island-wide as:
- Assistant Sales Managers
- Sales Managers
- Associate Regional Sales Managers
- Regional Sales Managers
Candidates should ideally have prior sales experience, preferably in Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Banking industries. However, sales experience in any industry will be considered.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a non-managerial role or at least 1 year in a managerial role, regardless of the industry.
You will lead a team, and we will recruit new members for you as needed.
