Job Description
- Providing technical support for Windows servers, mobile OS, and other product-related issues.
- Interacting and supporting the regional sales team on presales and post-sales activities, including software deployment.
- Maintaining high customer service standards for all support queries.
- Taking ownership of user problems and providing proactive solutions.
- Handling service releases, patches, requests, and customizations both onsite and remotely.
- Performing problem determination, resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident management.
- Adhering to strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
- Fulfilling occasional evening and weekend work responsibilities.
- Responding to support queries, technical requests via phone, remote access, or email.
