Job Description
We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Key Accounts Executive for a prestigious MNC/FMCG company in Colombo. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, developing account plans, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales objectives by category
- Develop an efficient distributor and distribution network
- Ensure optimal numeric distribution and infrastructure deployment
- Plan shipments/IMS effectively to prevent stockouts
Qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
