Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs.
  3. Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients effectively.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service for client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
