Job Description
Exemplary Voyages Pvt LTD is an Inbound tour operator in Colombo. We are searching for independent individuals who can join us & lead the company towards success.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Making itineraries, costing, and handling invoices for inbound tours.
- Lead point of contact with tour operators, clients, and other stakeholders for tours
- Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls.
- Handling online travel platforms
- Help to manage groups and incentives
Requirements:
- Good Communication skills in English, Both Spoken & Written.
- (Any other language is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Good rapport with the hoteliers
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Self-motivated, resourceful
- Excellent convincing and communication skills
