Job Description
The Job:
- Address client inquiries by leveraging AI bots.
- Create detailed documentation of resolutions and train AI bots.
- Develop standardized processes for internal and external requests.
- Manage tier 2 & 3 customer support queries.
- Lead problem-solving for operational improvement.
- Integrate AI tech to optimize performance.
- Execute KPIs in CRM system “HubSpot”.
- Review KPIs in “Mixpanel” to drive revenue.
- Back up customer support agents.
- Create procedure manuals for standardized documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks like subscription management.
- Identify automation opportunities and communicate upgrades to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience.
- Willingness to work US shift hours at our office.
- Passion for technology and operational efficiency.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach.
