Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage financial records tailored to software development lifecycle.
- Compile and analyze financial information for general ledger accounts.
- Supervise invoicing, tracking, and analysis of project costs and revenues.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and software regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and budgets for IT projects.
- Coordinate with auditors and handle audit queries specific to IT sector.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional qualifications like CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards in tech sectors.
- Proficiency in finance software like QuickBooks, Oracle Financials.
- Excellent English communication and MS Office skills.
