Job Description
Position: Accountant
Location: Kohuwala, Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka
Salary: 100,00 to 130,00 LKR
Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience with general ledger functions
Work Timings: European – 12 Noon – 10.00 PM, US – 18.30 PM – 04.30 PM
Role Description:
- This is a full-time role as an Accountant (US/Europe Time) in Kohuwala.
- Responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, financial statement preparation, and managing accounts.
- Analyze financial data, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills.
- Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
