Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Identify revenue opportunities and develop appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities in all relevant segments.
- Steer sales promotion activities based on defined action plans.
- Lead a sales team to deliver excellent customer service through engagement, motivation, coaching, and leadership.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answer clients’ questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business while focusing on the company’s goals and business plan.
