Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to hiring candidates
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance
- Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate meetings
- Maintain records, handle administrative tasks, and support departmental needs
- Provide HR support on leaves, compensation, and resolve issues
Ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of HR experience, HR qualifications, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
