Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the chemical industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements for strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-6 years of proven sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
