Position: Legal Manager

Key Requirements:
– Possessing a Notarial License in English within the Colombo District
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in Conveyancing work
– Knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial work
– Drafting a variety of Legal Agreements
– Good communication, interpersonal, and team skills
– Attorney-at-Law qualification
– Excellent English language skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
– Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
– Proximity to Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, or Colombo area is an added advantage
