Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Possessing a Notarial License in English within the Colombo District.
- Drafting a wide variety of Legal Agreements.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of previous experience mainly in Conveyancing work.
- Knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial work.
Skills:
- Must have good communication skill, interpersonal, and team skills.
- An Attorney-at-Law.
- Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines, independently with minimum supervision.
Added Advantage:
- Close proximity to Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, or Colombo area.
