Role Description
This full-time on-site role entails being a Customer Service Specialist at Vida Medical. Responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette while offering an exceptional customer service experience at our Colombo office.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Satisfaction, and Service skills
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective addressing of customer inquiries and concerns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
