Job Description
HealthRecon Connect provides technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management solutions to US healthcare providers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job ads
- Shortlist candidates from various platforms
- Conduct screening interviews
- Engage with candidates and provide feedback
- Represent HRC at career fairs
- Handle onboarding and documentation
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR or related field
- 6 months of talent acquisition experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with virtual platforms
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (9-hour shift)
Position Type: Full-time, US calendar applicable
