Job Description: The Regional Marketing Manager/Country Representative will play a crucial role in SHEA’s expansion in Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, traveling across the country to engage with educational agents, and building lasting relationships to enhance program accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit and partner with educational agents in Sri Lanka.
- Travel within the region to meet agents, understand their needs, and enhance their capabilities to promote SHEA programs.
- Nurture long-term relationships, provide ongoing support and training to agents.
- Monitor market trends, adapt strategies to maximize impact.
- Coordinate with central marketing team in Sydney to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Report on agent performance and marketing effectiveness, make strategic adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing/sales experience in education sector.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and lead.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and local language.
