The Role

As a Customer Support Engineer – (Onboarding), you will ensure smooth adoption of our solutions for our customers. You will facilitate the setup, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting processes for our products, fostering strong client relationships and exceptional user experiences.

Your Responsibilities

– Lead the onboarding journey, ensuring each client is equipped to unlock the full potential of Applova’s suite.

– Understand customer’s requirements and implement them within the given time frame.

– Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries during the onboarding phase.

– Configure and optimize menus in the system.

– Swiftly respond to support requests.

– Collaborate with a team of innovators, contributing to the evolution of client support.

Your Skills and Experience

– Eloquent communication in English.

– Sharp analytical abilities to dissect and solve complex technical issues.

– Proficient data entry skills.

– Attention to details.

– A harmony of business insight and an unwavering commitment to customer service.

– A knack for technology and troubleshooting, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
