Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising or similar roles within apparel.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, value addition processes in textiles, garment construction, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion.
