Job Description

We’re looking for empowered and innovative thinkers to uplift the existing HR processes from manual to Digital. Further, you will be exposed to our HRIS system (workday) and assigned to build the support materials to onboard our Shopfloor employees with HRIS system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare demonstration videos of HRIS system actions;
- Prepare Intouch guideline package;
- Support to digitalization project. (Power apps).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate in Management Information System or relevant field from a recognized university or institute;
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office packages;
- Having Human resources process understanding would be an added advantage.
