Responsibilities:
- Address customer travel requirements effectively.
- Efficiently manage flight bookings, transportation, and accommodation.
- Provide accurate information on destinations and accommodations while assisting customers.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers for best travel products.
- Offer additional services based on customer needs proactively.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of air ticketing, travel destinations, airlines, and hotels.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Hold an IATA certification or professional qualification in airline ticketing.
- Strong written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Sinhala is a plus.
