Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in managing IT-managed services with a focus on service delivery and client relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide team members.
- Deep knowledge of software development practices, cloud tech, and familiarity with Analytics and Data platforms.
