Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the trading and EPC business unit.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and secure new opportunities.
- Create proposals for new projects and manage project pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure sustainable partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and team development.
- Travel to project sites for leads and progress monitoring.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Additional qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales & marketing in solar power.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy and market dynamics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for sustainability.
