Job Description
Location: Avissawella EPZ
Responsibilities:
- Support general QA process
- Lead new initiatives & projects related to QA
- Maintain all documents for initiatives & projects
- Lead quality meetings & internal meetings
- Directly involved in cost reduction projects
- Develop successors in the department
- Communication & coordination with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate teams, Educate, Train & raise awareness on targets
- Develop work sheets, Formats, PPTs, WI, SOP
- Update documents, conduct audits, and implement processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Science/Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role or during training
- Effective Communication skills
- Resilience, Flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Teamwork
