Role Description:
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital initiatives within our lending and credit domain. The role involves analyzing business processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders for advancement.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have proven analytical skills, domain knowledge in Credit and Insurance, strong communication abilities, and experience in optimizing business processes in digital environments. Proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, is preferred.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, IT certifications, and experience in LEAN or Lending are required.
