Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Networking with Key Tour Operators, particularly those handling boutique properties
- Regular agents visitation
- Ability to understand market trends and forward booking expectations
- Deep understanding of competitor activities and Pricing
- Ability to handle in direct clients booking and assist in planning their trip experience requests
- Managing OTA platforms and positioning special deals when necessary
- Responding to social media, booking.com, Stafford web and other direct enquiries
- Troubleshooting with clients and assisting Bungalow team
- Prompting and co-ordination with social media for special deals Represent the property in Trade shows and forums
- Clear writing and communication in English
