The Factory Outlet (TFO) is a retail clothing outlet in Sri Lanka, offering trendy and affordable clothing for all. TFO also sells accessories and footwear, aiming to cater to all customers with unique collections at affordable prices.
Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies, brand building, market research, digital platforms, and advertising campaigns at TFO. Responsibilities include budget management, event organization, and reporting on marketing performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Marketing or a similar role
- Knowledge in marketing strategies, brand building, and market research
- Experience in managing social media, online platforms, and advertising
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in the Retail Fashion industry is a plus
