Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a pivotal member of the Company’s leadership, ensuring exemplary business and accounting standards.
- Oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for future direction and brand enhancement.
- Advise on potential expansions and financial decisions.
- Facilitate finance and business operations coordination.
- Manage accounts and ensure statutory compliance.
- Implement financial management practices and operational accounting.
- Collaborate with franchisee owners on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Membership of CA Sri Lanka required, CMA/ACCA membership beneficial.
- MBA from reputable institution preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ finance experience, including 5 years post-qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ senior management experience.
- Preferably food and beverage industry experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to excel in challenging roles.
