Job Description
The Job:
- Ensure smooth running of HR processes for a UK-based healthcare client.
- Maintain meticulous data management and streamlined workflows.
- Generate reports for decision-making, including visa tracking and training evaluation.
- Handle starter and leaver processes, references, and probation tracking.
- Issue training modules, track progress, and communicate with management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or CIPM qualification.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
- Demonstrated HR experience, strong organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional communication skills.
- Candidates with healthcare or back-office BPO experience preferred.
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices preferred.
