Job Description
Position: Director Sales – Colombo
Company: Leading IT Based Software/Hardware Group of Company
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives in the IT networking infrastructure sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales leadership roles within the IT industry, with a focus on networking infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, products, and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Salary around 800K-100K (Negotiable)
