Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage Key Account customers
- Follow up on all documentation procedures
- Answer customers’ inquiries and queries
- Liaise with major Shipping lines and Airlines for best rates
- Act as the primary contact for customers via phone and email
- Acknowledge deliveries
- Trace & Track Freight, keeping customers updated
Requirements:
- 2 years of industry experience required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Computer Literacy
