Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service channels – eg: IG, FB, WhatsApp, CS Hotline are attended to during service hours.
- Dispatch all orders to courier partners within 1 working day.
- Follow up with couriers for speedy delivery within SLA.
- Settlement of company courier deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Sinhala.
- E-commerce backend experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
