Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Manage the IT department and provide leadership to a team of IT professionals.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Implement IT service management best practices and collaborate with other departments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Lead the implementation and management of Kubernetes and cloud services.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
