Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To provide information to customers, resolve issues, and meet defined SLAs.
- Generate reports, assist in organizational initiatives, and lead process projects.
- Conduct process trainings, audits, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Monitor transactions, calculate sample sizes, and participate in Calibration Sessions.
- Identify training needs, drive improvement, and give feedback to associates.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years in customer service (Local/International) with QA exposure.
- Qualification: Ordinary Level, Diploma/Advanced Level/HND or Undergraduate.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and meet SLAs.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
