Position Available: Executive HR (Business HR & Employee Engagement) – Fixed Term Contract
Job Responsibility: As the Executive HR, you will focus on fostering employee engagement and building strategic partnerships with business units to align HR practices with organizational goals. Candidate should be willing to work night shifts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 year of HR experience with expertise in employee engagement and business partnering.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Analytical skills to assess data and derive insights for decision-making. Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
