Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in Colombo. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to inventory management, supply chain management, and customer service. The candidate will also need to have strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication over the phone and email.
- Good command in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in office suite
- Knowledge &Experience in logistics or related Industry is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize different tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in Eastern Standard Time mandatory (GMT-5)
