Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Learning & Development to join Cinnamon Wild Yala. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. As a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed Conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

The Executive, Learning & Development will devise organizational training strategy, oversee implementation, and assess outcomes to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and work quality. You will identify training needs, drive suitable initiatives, and evaluate performance continuously. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, talent management, and hotel operations best practices are required.
