Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our products or services.
Your main duties will include onboarding new clients, providing product demonstrations and training, and acting as a point of contact for any customer inquiries or issues.
You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
