Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves managing showroom operations, sales, and customer service in Kandy. Responsibilities include overseeing showroom displays, assisting customers, and managing inventory.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in showroom or retail operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in tableware or homeware industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is required
