Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their telecommunication needs and challenges.
- Develop and customize telecommunication solutions/proposals as per requirement.
- Serve as a crucial technical link between clients and internal and external parties.
- Conduct assessments of clients’ current infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support by collaborating with the implementation team for project execution.
Qualifications
- Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications/Software Engineering or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or a similar technical role.
- Service-oriented, organized, and attuned to problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of telco products, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
