Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts of companies, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to effectively position and sell SaaS products and solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits to the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close new deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing meet both customer and company objectives.
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on account status, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Fully or Partially completed in Marketing or IT related qualification.
- Qualified in SLIM or CIM is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable in planning marketing activities and coming up with strategies to promote products.
