Job Description
One of our clients is looking for an ideal candidate for Operations Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Hold oneself accountable and responsible for project success.
- Translate customer contract into a project plan.
- Manage project delivery end to end.
- Act as customer SPOC and manage expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and work independently or collaboratively.
- Work in a global workforce and manage project teams.
- Create and maintain project artifacts.
- Continuously assess and improve project attributes.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of PM experience in external delivery projects, SaaS/software experience preferred.
- Experience in Retail/CPG/FMCG market.
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and efficient with problem-solving aptitude.
- Quick self-learner with language proficiency in English, additional languages a plus.
