Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our new business development team at Uconnect. The role involves identifying new growth opportunities, supporting principal onboarding, and driving business expansion while managing reputation risk and implementing CSR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and trends in compliance and legal.
- Develop business strategies to penetrate target markets and expand our presence within compliance and legal sectors.
- Build strong client relationships and position our services effectively.
- Collaborate to create tailored proposals and lead negotiations with clients.
- Exceed sales targets, manage the pipeline, and close deals efficiently.
- Attend industry events, expand networks, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide insights to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law; MBA in Marketing Management is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Ability to draft legal documents and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
